Expo at Mutts Mania

Please see below the vendor contracts to reserve your FREE booth space for the Shelter Showcase Pet Adoption Expo at Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter’s Mutts Mania at Kraft Foods in East Hanover, NJ.

Shelter Showcase Expo at Kraft Foods on September 18, 2005 (11am - 4pm)

This is a one day, rain or shine event.
Canopies are required for all groups with pets for adoption. You can bring your own or rent one.
Tables are NOT automatically provided. Please bring your own or please feel free to rent one or more.
Registration is FREE for groups with pets for adoption registering before August 1. The registration fee is $30 for groups with pets for adoption after the August 1 early bird deadline.
Registration is only $50 for non-profit groups without pets for adoption. (Please note that 501c3 status is NOT required. Regular vendor prices for profit businesses is $250).
Groups are invited to participate in the Mutts Bucks Promotion to raise money for your organization!
Groups are invited to provide their literature or promotional items to be inserted into goody bags for FREE (value worth $100).
Groups are invited to promote your organization in the Ad Journal for a small fee.

A refundable deposit of $100.00 and proof of insurance are required for the event for any groups with dogs for adoption. If the deposit is a significant financial obstacle for your organization, please contact Shelter Showcase to privately discuss this.

While this adoption event is organized by Shelter Showcase, this is YOUR event too! We invite representatives of attending groups to join the planning committee to help make this year’s events meet your goals. Please contact 973 812 7297 or beth@sheltershowcase.com to get involved.
